For 4 people with 2 rooms with a huge bed in each, a living with a open plan kitchen with a dish-washer, refrigerator/freezer, a double sofa bed , 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, a bidet, WC, washing machine, a furnish loggia terrace. The house has air conditioning through and a barbecue. Internet Wi-Fi flat service. Wonderful peaceful location. Fabulous pool and wonderful welcome from Daniel with wine and biscuits. If you want a rural, tranquil and very peaceful break this is the place.
Recommend a car as we wanted to visit the beautiful beaches about 15 mins away and local restaurants.

I burst a tyre on arrival at the property on Saturday evening and he managed to get a friend out on Sunday to replace it so we could get out and about.
My teenage daughters to my surprise loved the whole experience

Our vacation feeling had already begun before we arrived. This is because the owner Daniele is a really heartfelt and friendly person trying his best to make your stay as convenient as possible for you. Any question or problem had been responded / solved quickly.
The building is really clean and we'll equipped. It has two bathrooms, two sleeping rooms and a large kitchen. The mattress in the parents' sleeping room is of excellent quality (memory foam), the kitchen already has some supplies like salt, sugar, coffee, and olive oil.
The private pool is being frequently cleaned by Daniele using a cleaning robot.
The building is located a couple minutes off coast uphill. From there, you have a great view. It is a really quiet place which we liked a lot.
Leaving after two weeks was a little hard, we really loved the place. But we've already planned our next vacation there.

Absolutely wonderful place. Very comfortable home from home, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and good bathrooms, excellent BBQ facilities, beautiful views and the pool and outside space is great. Daniele is a fabulous host, he came up every day to clean the pool and generally check everything is ok but not intrusive at all. He gave us some fabulous recommendations for restaurants, and places to visit. The villa is on top of a hill and is private and peaceful, there is another property across the way but perfectly set out for privacy. Wildlife is amazing, the fields have cattle and sheep grazing, as well as horses in the fields across the way. The tennis court is very good and was a bonus for us. You do need a car to stay here as it is out of the way but only 5 minute drive to Nulvi ( a lovely, friendly village) and 15 minutes to Castelsardo. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed with this villa and we certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia, we are so glad we chose the north of the island. Daniele makes you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble, he even went to the supermarket as we didn't arrive until late, so we had provisions when we arrived. We had a truly fabulous holiday and thank you Daniele for the wonderful birthday meal. Jane & Mark
