Staff were very helpful and the reception manager was the best. She was so patient and friendly.
Hotel was really good overall. Food was good and it was easy to find anything we needed right there.
The staff from the wet bar were not very nice. They seemed like they were unhappy and not very motivated. They would never explain us what each drink was and would just tell us to look online. That happened in every wet bar!
Staff from the restaurants were really nice specially the ladies who made Tapioca for breakfast. All very friendly and happy.
We would go back in the future since we saw they are expanding the resort but the rooms need some updates but very good overall.

The better the bed size and mattress quality, the better. Removing the leather from the mattresses will help secure the sheets Removing the leather improves comfort, warmth, and sleep quality.
Replacing the televisions, with YouTube, and being able to access Netflix
