It was nice stay at Starwest, but they charged us 20 Aud as parking fee, before it was free and it was mentioned free parking when i booked. Apart from that no complains on rooms and overall stay.

Good manager, helped us with extra night to save us sleeping at the airport.

Very disappointing and definitely overpriced for the condition of the apartment. The room was extremely run down, with cracks in the walls, damaged and poorly finished silicone around the kitchen, old and stained carpets, dented and marked walls, and an old, sunken bed. The bathroom and toilet were also dated and had a strong urine smell. The cups in the cupboard were small and stained, and the TV was tiny. There was virtually no soundproofing — we could hear everything from the upstairs apartment, including constant banging, footsteps and even the toilet being used, making it very difficult to sleep. Check-in and check-out through the convenience store was also inconvenient. At checkout, we waited around 20 minutes while they inspected the room, and we were charged $10 for forgetting one key card. My sister stayed in another apartment and experienced similar issues, including a sewerage smell. This place needs a major makeover across the apartments. There are much better two-bedroom options nearby for the same or less money. I would not stay here again

We asked if we could leave our luggage at the apartment as we will be there earlier before our check-in time and they replied with a yes. We reached the apartment very early at about 6am and was shocked that no one was around to help. We called the number and was disappointed that they would only allow us to deposit our bags at 8:30am at a nearby convenience stall. When we approach the store, which actually opens at 8am and ask if we can leave our bags earlier, the owner said they are busy opening the shop and they are not associated with the apartment and he was only doing a favor for them and asked me to come back only at 8:30am. This wasn't clearly stated earlier. Ended up we have to re-plan and stay nearby for 2.5hours which make it worse that we have 2 elderly with us. It was strange that when they said not associated with the apartment but the check-in and check-out were handled by them. The carpet and sofa did not feel clean, the TV was small, no washing machine power supplied as well. However, the rest of the stuff were ok with the price paid.
