Very kind staff, good location. We spent our vacations in this hotel last year, we had a wonderful time in Kefalonia as we decided to come back.

The staff were wonderful and the pool area was very nice. They had lots of chairs & the pool bar served up cold & delicious drinks. We also ate at the pool restaurant and everything was good. We had a small issue and it was rectified immediately

Staff were amazing at this hotel, nothing a bother!
We had a Deluxe Swim up room which was ideal for my mam as on the flat.

Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair.
Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again!
