Small Conard supermarket just a view steps away. Short walk to town centre. Swimming options near by (turn left). Room ready om early arrival, quick and friendly check in! Check out easy and pleasant. Possible to store luggage if we wanted during day. Portovenere well worth a visit!!

When we arrived after midnight, elevator was turned off. Staff Could not turn on. There was a big smell on the first room that they provided us in the washroom. Room Safe was not also working. they put us up in another room and safe was also not working. Room was rundown, but not smelly.

Beautiful view over the ocean from our window/french balcony. Good breakfast and you can eat inside or out on a balcony. Glose to everything. The bathroom is very small and cramped. Old 70-style floors, but still a very charming hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice staff.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was included, and offered many tasty choices, plus a fabulous view of the sea!! Shopping, restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and the ferry were all within a short walking distance. The only negative about the Hotel Belvedere is the air conditioning! It barely functions! Our room was too warm, and the staff could not get it any cooler, so we asked for a fan, which they graciously provided. Granted, we did arrive just as a heat wave hit. Other than that, we loved the place!

I had the worst night ever in a hotel since air conditioning was out and they didn’t even try to fix or change the room. They didn’t even offer cold drinks to help the situation. We were furious but staff were polite but not helpful.

Great location in a quiet and safe place with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Easy to get to the Cinque Terre towns from there by boat. Great customer service and delicious breakfast with lots of options for everyone. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a nice last minute stay at Hotel Belvedere. It's definitely a dated hotel but it has a beautiful view and I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony that overlooks the sea. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Staff were great. View was amazing. Breakfast was good. However, the air conditioning was terrible. We barely slept the first night because it was 29C (84F) inside our room at night. Thankfully, the staff were able to move us to a different room, but only after repeat requests.
