Located in the family-friendly Sea Coast Gardens II complex, this well-equipped one-bedroom, one bath condo has direct views of the ocean and pools from the living room and bedroom.
As you enter this cozy getaway you will be welcomed with a comfy living space that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully stocked kitchen has solid wood cabinetry with clean white countertops and appliances. It has plenty of cooking essentials to create home cooked meals. Right next to the kitchen is the dining room with a table and four chairs. In the living room, a sofa and two chairs offer a nice place to relax after a fun day at the beach. The large flat-screen TV is equipped with cable, so guests can enjoy their favorite shows. Directly off the living room is a sliding glass door to the covered balcony where you can take in a beautiful sunrise, views of the beach and community pools.
Tired after a fun day in the sun, retire to the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, large flat-screen smart TV and plenty of dresser space for your belongings Views of the ocean can be seen right from the comfort of your pillows.
The nicely updated bathroom has a standard bathtub, shower with glass enclosure, vanity and large mirror. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Very cute apartment; small but all 1 or 2 people would need; bathroom tiny so 4 people would be feeling cramped; great view of ocean and sunrise; pool area is fabulous and easy to get on/off beach.

We loved the location and view. The furniture was quite comfortable and the condo was spacious. The style was a bit dated (I wouldn't host a party there) but it was comfortable enough for 2 people who were out enjoying the area most days and evenings. The television was an older style with no smart/streaming options.

We loved the view and New Smyrna. The condo itself had a musty smell throughout our stay. Cupboards smelled musty when opening them. Did not put boxed items like cereal or bread in the cupboards, just canned goods. Did not put my clothing in the bedroom dressers because of the musty odor. Felt like the condo had not been cleaned for awhile.
