About this apartment rental
Beautiful furnished condo here at the Villages in Scottsdale, AZ. My unit is located just off Shea and the 101 freeway. This is an end unit which has eastern sun rises with a large patio in the back. This is an upstairs unit. Very quiet here but all neighbors are friendly and love to hang at the pool. I offer fully furnished unit including wireless internet, Large 46'' TV, full kitchen, cool A/C, washer dryer, full living room set, and queen size beds. Full linen closet, all cooking utensils too. We are near the green belt giving you great safe places to walk or ride a bike. Tennis courts located on the grounds here too. Call or text me today at phone number provided.

This condo was in a great location for our short stay in Arizona. The owner was very helpful in making sure that we had all the information we needed to get to the condo and he also made sure that everything was going well during our stay. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for our group (4 adults).

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the back patio in the early mornings and evenings, and going to the pool in the afternoon. The condo complex was quiet, and the pool was very nice and just a short walk from the condo. The neighboring condo residents that we met at the pool were all extremely friendly and gave us tips on good local restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo is also located in a great area of Scottsdale. Many restaurants and shopping options nearby, and just a short drive to downtown Scottsdale. It is also just a short drive to get out of the city to do a little hiking. We enjoyed hiking at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve on the outskirts of Scottsdale, which was only about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsdale.

There was definintely pros and cons to the property. The location was great, the beds were amazing and the kitchen well stocked/supplied for dishes and utensils. The condo itself could use some updating and a bit of clean up in the closets? I did find the bathroom towels/facecloths 'well used' and the bathroom mats needed cleaning. But I did let the owner know and he's probably already remedied this. Overall, it was pretty good.
