Staff could not be more helpful. Complimentary drink from the management. Only slight drawback is if you are less able the lofts are stairs only. However the upside is that the view over Rue st Paul is magnificent

Lofts du Vieux Port are around the block from the main hotel, just above the Vieux Port steakhouse. The location is one street back from the waterfront but still great. However, given its location the room is a but loud, especially on the weekends. Lots of windows with tons of sunlight. Blackout curtains work fairly well, but still let in some light, particularly the morning sun. Spacious room with king bed, couch, and table. A/C worked well. Large bathroom with great shower and separate soaking tub. Kitchen was a little small. It had a Nespresso and sugar and salt/pepper, but nothing else besides cookware and dinnerware. Great, attentive staff. Arrival can be chaotic with crowds on the street and lots of traffic. Valet parking is assumed and not part of your room rate.

Great stay in Old Montreal. Traffic is horrible so once we valeted the car, we didn't get it back till we left for home. $*** Canadian per day to park
