Hotel overlooks river nothing special about immediate area and about 15 mins to Christmas markets . Hotel clean partner had breakfast and approved . "Hit and miss" reception atmosphere and response. Reception (male 30s pony hair, no tie scruffy) rude ignored me completely whilst I waited to be served. Housekeeper missed our bedroom 1st day completely even though we had left early and out for most of the day. Wouldn’t call hotel 4* attention to detail and little extras bottled water, in bathrom only 1 dispenser "Dove" liquid. What happened to body lotion shampoo and conditioner for example. Room for improvement.....

Rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, lovely view of the river, walking distance to market square!

Nice and cozy hotel with an amazing view on the river.
Staff is friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are spacious, clean and neat.
The hotel itself offers many extras for a reasonable price.
Overall I would recommend to stay here
