Staff was incredibly kind. But checked us into a room with people already in it. Got a new room. Sofa bed had no sheets and no extra sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet. Staff could not bring them up when we called because they were the only person in the building so we had to go down and get them ourselves and make the bed. Hallway reeked of weed. Breakfast was decent. We wanted to like it and almost everyone was truly kind and helpful.

Front desk Staff was difficult to understand since they didn't speak good English. The room was decent for the price. I had placed a door hanger requesting room refresh and the only thing they did was give us fresh towels and did not make up beds or sweep the room.

It was refreshing to stay somewhere where the ice machine works. Little things make a difference. However, it did seem like there was some suspicious activity in the back parking lot a few nights. It’s well lit, but cars seemed to be out there for days in a row with their cars running and girls and guys going between both cars. That was very weird. Overall, I would go back.

The hotel was nicely kept, the property is new or recently renovated. We came in late and Mickey was super helpful and pleasant. David, the GM, was also lovely the next morning upon check out. I would LOVE to insure this property as a Commercial Insurance Agent.

We came for the Louder Than Life festival this weekend and had a fantastic time. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. It was quiet and comfortable, plus within walking distance of the festival grounds! We couldn’t have found a better hotel!

The hotel was immaculate. The gym was small, but it had what I needed. Breakfast was fantastic, the waffles were my favorite! The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and in a great location. Close to the airport, places to eat, the market and Freedom Hall (where I was working over the weekend)! Fantastic and I look forward to returning as a guest.

Clean, spacious, easy to get to my room, hot tub inside my room, quick check in and out. Craft House Pizza 2 blocks away who have some great pizza and very good beer selection. 24 hour gas station located nearby (I went to Circle K, I think there were a few more). They have a pool that you swipe your card at to get into the entrance gate, it rained alot when I was there so I didn't get a chance to go to that, free breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, milk, juice, yogurt, cereal and more. They have free parking, I parked near the front door when I checked in around 4 pm, if you leave and come back later in the night you may have to park in the back, but still plenty of spots left back there. Overall great stay! I would definitely come back again.
