Location has easy access to Vail Village and lifts. Hotel staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Stay reminded me of stays I've had in Europe. Also had a nice view from my room.

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I would go back!!

I had such a wonderful stay at Austria Haus! The location is absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself was incredibly quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved my room, especially the bathtub, and everything felt cozy and peaceful.
A special thank you to Valentina at the front desk, who was truly amazing. Unfortunately, I became very sick during my stay due to food poisoning unrelated to the hotel and ended up needing to go to the hospital. Valentina went above and beyond to help me in every way she could and was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating during a really difficult situation. Her level of care genuinely made such a difference.
Despite getting sick, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back. Beautiful location, comfortable rooms, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. Thank you again, Valentina!
