The property is always immaculately, clean and always very quiet. When I go to johnson city, I always stay there.

They allow dogs but charge $75/night for them (not mentioned) and then require that you not leave them alone in the room so that meant room service for me.
Then the coffee maker was broken in the room so more room service.

This was our 3rd stay and it never disappoints. Always clean and well maintained. We love the convenience of the bar and restaurant on property. Never an issue with parking and we love being in walking distance of the ETSU campus.
