    This hotel is amazing and the service is great. The hotel manager is extremely helpful and professional and he help to fix our mistake in our booking. The hotel is convenient to major spots and main street of Banff. The coffee shop is great. We will definitely come again and highly recommend it.

    This hotel is conveniently located on the Banff strip and is within walkable distance to many good restaurants and shops. I also like the breakfast buffets. Though the selection is a bit small but it has all the healthy options! The whirlpool is also amazing after a long day of travel for winding down!

    We stayed in the Premium Queen Room - it’s spacious and felt new. Loved the included breakfast. The outdoor pool was super warm, so I’d love to come back during winter for it. You can’t get a more central location- just a two minute walk from everything.

    We stayed 5 nights at Banff Aspen without wifi! We couldn’t access even though we tried it at the lobby. We won’t recommend who wants to stay more than one night at this hotel . It was super inconvenient with “ useless wifi”. We have to use Elk + Ave wifi to access urgent matters. Managers knew this problem but didn’t care. How can a hotel without “WiFi “ nowadays?
