Facilities were great but some girls in the front desk were very rude although I had a back to back reservation and gave attitude when trying to speak with them about the extension. Housekeeping was exceptional with their service and were very kind . Tom’s restaurant was very convenient. The pool closes at 6 or 7pm which doesn’t make sense because the pool is heated and lit up but you can’t get in but it was nice to be able to at least sit at the tables and chairs surrounding the pool. The gentleman in the front desk was kind and exceptional in his customer service. Laundry on the facility was very convenient as well. Would stay again but rather not Deal with the rude girls at the desk they don’t seem to be very customer friendly and they talk to you like you are trespassing although they were shown that we have a back to back reservation . The young girl with a braid working the night of 8/2 was always very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with as well. Overall the stay was pleasurable apart from the fact that we were treated wrong by some of the girls working morning shift.

Buena opcion si necesitas viajar muy temprano o llegas muy tarde, nosotros lo usamos para eso, utilizamos las instalaciones ni la piscina , pero se veia todo muy prolijo
