The receptionist is rude and unprofessional, the lounge and pool area are horribly dirty and the breakfast is simply miserable. Everything needs to be reviewed, starting with the staf.

Not safe and not clean! I booked a weekend to have a place to stay with my 2 kids as a single mom . Right when I walked in it’s so dirty , filled with men and felt uncomfortable. The manager seemed to be friends with some of the creepy guests in the lobby . One of the guests approached me and my kids when checking in & touched both my kids heads / hair and asked their names , ages and how far we were coming from . I felt unsafe and uncomfortable . The manager gave me my key and openly showed it to where the other guest saw what room I was staying in which made me feel even more in danger . Once I went up to my room it was soooooo hot , the elevator hardly worked and was soooo janky. It was so dirty . I had a panic attack in the room and within an hour of staying checked out and asked for a refund due to safety and cleanliness . The manager didn’t refund me but I didn’t want to risk my kids or my life staying there so I left. Didn’t even make it more than an hour in that hotel.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance and up keep. Outlets were old and didn’t hold. A/c did not work at 100% its capacity. Room was very musty. Hallways had badly stained carpet and window was broken. The pool was filthy. No pool towels. When I asked front desk they only gave me 2 towels for 4 people. Room had only 2 bath towels, when I asked front desk again they asked for the used towels , I had mentioned to him that we haven’t used them but that we needed 4 for 4 people. Horrible experience.

As soon as we pulled up, we knew it was going to be bad—filthy front windows and a rude, disheveled front desk clerk who looked like he just rolled out of bed. The lobby smelled musty. The second-floor hallway had broken windows, dirty carpet, damaged doors, and reeked of marijuana. Our room smelled awful, was tiny, and felt like a jail cell. The TV was crooked, the mattress dipped in the middle, and the bed skirt dragged on the dirty, damaged floor. The AC barely worked, windows were filthy, and baseboards were falling apart. The bathroom was worse than a gas station’s—filthy toilet, worn sink, and lukewarm water that lasted under 10 minutes. Walls were paper thin—we heard everything all night. I paid $40 online for late checkout but never got confirmation. After waiting 15+ minutes at the desk so I asked what was the delay, the front desk said he forgot his portal password and stepped away to call the manager. I was then told 2pm was the latest, not 3pm as advertised. They couldn’t even charge my card without swiping again. Never again. Stay far away.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy stained carpets, loud neighbors, scuzzy bathroom, weird smelling. Don’t get me started on the mattress- see pic!! I can’t believe I stayed after seeing this. We would’ve left for different accommodations but had been driving 12 hours and too exhausted to deal with it. Considered eating the $ and sleeping in the car. I thought other poor reviews were from picky people being dramatic and chose to believe the good ones- those are possibly fake or they were in a different motel. I don’t mind older, well kept properties but this was absolutely filthy. I felt unsafe especially after seeing the mattress! Maybe this is also possibly a homeless shelter or something, that’s the vibe I got. This place should’ve been no more than $68 per night for the overall value and vibe. Best thing going for it was location. If you dare stay here bring LYSOL WIPES!!!

Bed was clean, thankfully! Underneath the sink leaked. The mirrors facing each other is a little freaky, if you believe it can be a portal. TV did not work, turned off & on by itself, so I unplugged it. The fridge had a loud buzzing/humming noise so I also unplugged it. Shower had, looked like shampoo or conditioner residue from previous night. Felt safe though our room was very close to front lobby & parking also safe.
