Very welcoming, comfortable place to stay in a prime location if you want to be close to the fantastic music on Frenchmen Street. The room includes a small fridge, closet to hang clothes, hairdryer, toiletries, very comfortable beds, a cool lobby to hang out, pool with lots of chairs, and glassed in patio where coffee is available in the morning. It’s very reasonably priced for the great location.

The hotel is dated but it is very clean and staff are most welcoming. There is no restaurant or bar as licences are pending. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you would expect. The rooms we had had balconys but you could not leave doors open as it is shared with about 10 to 12 other rooms and therefore you have to rely on the air con. The pool area is clean and towels are provided but the shallowest part is about 1.5 metres. There are no snacks or drinks available anywhere although you are allowed to bring in your own andbeat in the bar area
