    I was charged a $100 deposit on 04-10. I've made multiple calls and my money hasn't been refunded.

    We stayed three nights to visit the Redwoods . The beds were comfortable, room was clean and we even had housekeeping service without requesting . The AC didn’t cool our room off enough given the July heat , otherwise it was great for the price. The complimentary light breakfast was adequate .

    Requested Handicapped Accessible Room at booking. Upon arrival, advised room was unavailable, no elevator to assigned room floor, and a $10 extra charge for first floor. Skimpiest Continental Breakfast we have ever had. Oatmeal packet and a banana - not even any milk for the oatmeal. Coffee pots were empty. No one at the Front Desk to request more coffee.
