It is located in the Las Conchas beachfront community which has some of the most beautiful and uncrowded beaches to be found. This spacious home and attached casita share a oceanfront patio and have recently been updated to comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. This makes it the perfect choice for multiple couples and families.
You will find shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. Kayaks and beach towels can be found on your way out to the beach.

The host was very responsive and polite. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and the house was well stocked with necessary supplies. The house was easy to find, and the access to the beach was so much fun! We would recommend this spot :)

The place is super clean, well stocked with anything you might need, the patio is to die for the bdrooms were fantastic well stocked eith towels ckean fresh bedding extra covers spacious bedrroms quiet between each room, the kitchen has every kitchen item you would need. And high class stuff. Right on the beach, easy to find? Great location. I can't say enough positive things. Only negative is the back door fixture kept falling apart. Needs a new door closure but we feel it is due to the elements. Excellent time.

Shary was fast responding to anything we needed. We had three families with kids ranging from 4 to 15 and we had an absolutely wonderful time! We will definitely be staying here again!!
