Accomodation as described in the pictures, a bit less modern than expected

Cleanliness, facilities, and staff politeness. Although we arrive late at night, the staff Komal was really helpful. He helped us to bring our bags as well. We were quite impressed, they also provide us some fruits, and they have rice cooker, which is super important to Asian people.

English, the person in charge Komal doesn't know how to speak English, not even a basic one. Lost my cool once, although it is not his fault. I was about to make a payment, but Komal doesn't understand English and I request the manager or staff that knows how to speak English to manage my payment using a card terminal. There is also a lack of staff, In one incident we went back to the hotel but no one was there and the entrance door are locked. Luckily we know Komal number even that difficult to communicate with him because he seems don't understand anything.
