I love the cleanliness, helpfulness of staff and also the location as it's located at a shopping mall with lots of shops all around the mall as well

Location is ideal.
It lacks a lot of basic items like hand towels, tissue paper, chopping board and there’s only some odds and ends of the cutlery and crockery. The chairs are badly stained, even the sofa where there’s a sheet over it.

Clean studio apartment with good facilities for a longer stay. Adjoining Atria mall, so food & convenient day to day essentials were within 2 minutes reach. Very friendly & courteous security staff !
Nothing, it's bit far away from Sunway Pyramid & 1 Utama Malls though.

Convenience above the mall, host was responsive
While somewhat clean, the actual studio is a lot more run down that pictured. So you don't really feel like it's clean and comfortable.
