Convenient location, clean room (asked for room to be tidied up on second evening as we left for dinner as was done right away) and a charming staff at the front desk and valet station.
We stayed in main complex and daughter and son-in-law stayed on the hillside in a lovely room.
If you have plans to go to Sausalito make plans to stay here. Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa.
For sure…and the attached restaurant, Poggio Trattoria, was outstanding,..for a meal, cocktails in the afternoon and coffee early in the morning. (Try the panini breakfast sandwich!)
The bay is right across the street…a great stroll.

I had an incredible view of the water over to Tiburon and the skyline of San Francisco but I don’t think many rooms have both of those views.

It was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a balcony view room and a bottle of wine in the room. The staff were amazing. We will definitely stay here next time.
