    The facilities was nice location was fantastic the one big drawback was there valet parking which pretty much non-existent you had to pretty much Park yourself other than that is very nice older hotel with a great View

    The Sands had its day, intracoastal location, obligatory tiki bar and pool, steps to beach. While those remain so do its paper-thin walls reeking of awful cleaner, rooms with no view at all, unfriendly staff, limited parking (few disabled). Then add the not advertised or notified fees: parking $27,, daily "resort fee" of $30? That's crazy, this is NOT a resort! And locals/Florida residents should get a discount. Accepting change is inevitable, but we can hope for changes that make a place better, not sadder and less accessible. Recommend to no one.

    How do you book a resort and pay it only to arrive and it be “closed for the summer” so why did yall allow the booking to go through? Or confirmed it! No one to talk to because it goes straight to voicemail! I was looking forward to my stay and I’m very disappointed
