Hotel Moncton

There was constant noise from people walking in the hallway throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to rest. It also seemed like the flooring was poorly maintained, amplifying the noise. I was almost unable to secure a late check-out, even though I was willing to pay and the hotel did not appear to be fully booked. The staff were not particularly helpful, and even refused to provide their name when asked, which was surprising. Overall, the experience felt disappointing and did not reflect the price I paid.

While the hotel shows its age with somewhat dated decor and older fixtures, any physical shortcomings are completely overshadowed by the exceptional warmth of its team. The staff members genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome, delivering a level of hospitality that breathes life into the property. Furthermore, the housekeeping team deserves immense credit; despite the building's older infrastructure, every corner is kept spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. It is a testament to the fact that outstanding service and pristine cleanliness can easily triumph over a lack of modern polish.

Probably built in the '60s. The lobby was beautiful. The hallway floor tilted to one side. The room floor was uneven as well so the bed was slopped to one side. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast smorg was amazing. I would definitely stay there again. Located right beside Magnetic Hill, a big amusement park, a Winery, a Go-Kart track, Mini-Golf, etc.

The property was clean and simple. Staff was nice, location was good for my needs and the price was right for a weekend. I would recommend providing better, thicker bath towels.
