When I came to the front desk to let them know my hairdryer wasn’t working, the staff member showed up within minutes to get it working again.

I love this hotel. We’ve stayed here a time before about a year ago. I completely forgot, but the hot tub burns your eyes. I assumed it was just a one time bad luck, but coming back it did it again. You can only spend 10 min max before your eyes burn. The pool also is not heated. So it sucks because we come for pool and hot tub and neither were able to be used. Other than that, the staff and room was great.
