I was very impressed with this hotel. Very welcoming staff, very clean and nice atmosphere. Small lounge area with fireplace and fresh baked cookies! Nice touch!

Couple hours before check out we noticed human feces on the bottom of the bed, that was covered by a another sheet. We let front desk know there wad nothing we can do since we booked third party. Our booking also Saif 12 and housekeeping knocked at 1030 asking if we where checking out. I Said it's not until 12, she said she was ok with it because she cleans the room but would let front desk know. Front desk calls at 1057a says check out is at 11 and no check out was possible because housekeepers don't have time..... horrible way to treat a pay customer. Third party or not!
