The rooms were clean and spacious! The pool and garden areas were my favorites providing a relaxed environment. I liked the location for walks into Santa Eularia and proximity to shops. The front desk didn’t honor Expedia Gold upgrades or seem to know about it. Seems as tho the rooms were pre-assigned with no flexibility when I inquired. Lunch and dinner service was initially lacking in quality service ( delayed menu delivery, delayed order taking, forgotten dessert)…but then got better towards the end of my stay. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Aside from lunch and dinner dining I really enjoyed my stay here.
