We stayed for 8 nights July 2026! It’s a beautiful resort!! However if anyone has ever seen the movie Get Out that’s how my husband and I felt about most of the staff. It was a weird vibe that I can’t explain. The amenities and inclusive excursions were great! Unfortunately for us, the food taste was disappointing. Our 25 yrs old daughter lost a personal belonging item via housekeeping that was never found. However, I would recommend the resort! My husband and I travel to JA annually and we will consider going back next year.

Our stay at Couples Tower Isle was everything we were hoping for and more! The resort was beautiful, the beach was always clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
The staff deserves special recognition—they were genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from start to finish.
The entertainment was fantastic, with plenty to do during the day and fun shows and activities in the evenings. We were never bored.
The food was also a pleasant surprise. There were so many great options that we were never hungry, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Our absolute favorite was the Escovitch fish sandwich on cocoa brea! chef’s kiss! We were still talking about it after we left.
We truly have no complaints. Couples Tower Isle delivered exactly the relaxing vacation we were looking for. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! 🌴🇯🇲❤️

More information given at check in like a map of the property and how to use the switches in the room. The app is great for room service but does not list what is going on for the day.
