Room was fine, it was small and compact but adequate for the price. We did have a small issue that they were very tight with the toiletries - they had left just 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner for 2 adults for 5 nights and it was never replaced. When we went to reception to ask for a new shampoo and a soap, the man was really not keen to give it to us! They also never replenished the toilet roll throughout our stay which wasn’t ideal! The hotel looks very dated and dingy from the outside, but the room was fine and it felt safe enough. It is close to the parks but it’s still quite a walk to get there because of the way you have to go. So the location isn’t quite as good as it first appears. Overall, for the price I think it was fine, nothing terrible but nothing outstanding either.

The room was great and clean, updated too. The kids had their own room with their own tv which was a plus. Staff was friendly. Plus a 10 min walk to the parks through Disneyland dr. Our stay was super affordable being that it was the beginning of the Disney Christmas season.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distances to Disneyland. Staff was incredible! I was sent a welcoming text message the day before my stay offering to park my car while I enjoyed my visit to Disneyland, before my check in. The customer service was great!

It was super convenient to be walking distance from Disneyland. But on our second day we found a very large roach in the bathroom area. It already kinda felt like we were staying in a cheap motel which was fine but after the we found the roach it somewhat ruined the experience for us.

Upon arrival I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist who tbh roughly explained the in and outs of the hotel. She mentioned the well stocked coffee station and pool services. When I walked in to my room I was pleasantly surprised on how well the room looked. It was decorated very well and was so clean and comfy. The air conditioning worked very well and the bathroom was well stocked. Will definitely consider staying here again

Receive an email from the hotel before my stay confirming my reservation. Reminding me of the check in time. Also saying that if I was planning on going into Disneyland on my check-in day that I could use their parking lot. I just needed to "check-in" with the front desk so they could confirm my reservations. This is so convenient as it was only about a 15 minute walk to the parks. This is a very basic hotel. But it was clean, comfortable and quiet.But most of all it was safe. The staff was so friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

There was some mold in the bathroom or something white? The wood was warped under the sink. But the room didn’t smell bad at all. It was very clean. And the beds were very comfortable. They were very accommodating keeping our family and all three of the rooms we needed close together.

Air conditioning went down to 61 and it felt amazing! It was the perfect place to stay for a Disneyland Resort trip. Just a short walk from your room, past the Pixar Place Resort and into Downtown Disney. Very accommodating for having a rental car and for checking in after hours! Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy or huge, just perfect for having a good sleep in between spending two days at Disneyland. The rooms did have a microwave and a refrigerator, the bed was very comfortable, linens looked and smelled very fresh. The AC worked great. I was surprised how quiet the rooms are. We didn't hear our neighbors or any noise from outside. Just the white noise sound of the air conditioning. We had breakfast at Denny's and received 15% off with our room key. Great breakfast with very friendly and quick service. We were able to keep our car parked at the hotel while we enjoyed the park after we checked out for a small fee. (Parking is free durring your stay which is rare out here) The hotel is a very close walk to the Disney parks. It was nice feeling like our belongings were safe in our car all day while we enjoyed our day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again while visiting the park.

The hotel was amazing. We loved staying here. It was really close to Downtown Disney and the parks. You can see the Incredicoaster from the entrance of the hotel. The room was huge and the bed was really comfy. Will definitely staying here again on our next visit to Anaheim.

The epitome of “you get what you pay for.” Stained bedding, crumbs on the bedside tables and (tile!) flooring, old soaps and stuff left behind in the showers. The room had a funky smell but the AC worked and you are right next to Disneyland so there’s that.

Very conveniently located near the Disneyland Resort. "Jack" receptionist was very helpful. The bathroom could use some updating, but it was great to have an air conditioner, TV, microwave oven, and a decent size fridge & freezer that actually works well! Free parking. Had a nice 2nd floor room. Only wish there was an elevator! But nice low steps with a mid-landing to rest your luggage ½ way up or down. I would definitely stay again.

The check in and check out was smooth, however it's not the nicest place to stay. There was a huge cockroach on bathtub wall when I was trying to take a shower and I was not able to sleep well after that due to cleanliness concerns. Location was great.
