    We got there a bit early but fortunately our room was ready so we could check in and the staff were very helpful. The room is a good size and as in the photos. It is not "city view", rather you are overlooking the rear of the hotel and other rooms. The a/c was very welcome but seemed a bit on-off during the night. WiFi in the room is VERY slow. Also there is no in-room refrigerator which is surprising in a 4 star hotel. There is clearly a space in the room designed for a fridge but the management either didn't provide or took them out. Odd. Anyway we just kept asking reception for buckets of ice which are free. The Terrace restaurant does a very good set lunch, worth trying. The pool is unusual in that it is entirely stainless steel. Not a problem but never seen that before. It can get quite busy so pick your time. The location is excellent, close to the tram into the city and the tourist office where you can hop on the tourist train. The public areas are beautifully decorated which makes it all a bit special. Definitely recommend if you can cope with the odd quirks in the room.

    We stayed for four nights. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean and staff pleasant. Great location with good parking nearby. Use indigo carpark.

    I stayed here for the weekend with my mom and it was a very nice stay. The staff is very nice, the room big and well decorated, many facilities like a pool and massage area. Def recommend !
