    Parking is always an issue but the staff is very accommodating. Room was very clean & spacious. We love staying here!

    Great location on the river at the rear of the property and across the road from the Gulf in the front. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and tourist/trinket shopping. Staff was able to accommodate an early check-in request. Facility appeared clean and in overall good condition. A coffee maker in the lobby was "out of order" for our entire stay but we did have a keureg maker in our room along with a microwave and a mini-fridge. Our room was spacious (accessible). The A/C was frosty cold and in perfect working order and with no musty odors at all. Our only complaint about the A/C was that you could not change the direction of the air output which came directly over the king bed. We were able to affect it by putting two chairs in front of the vent which made the air go up higher towards the ceiling. The bathroom was roomy (to accommodate a wheelchair) and had a roll-in shower. The sink had fractured at sometime in the past and was poorly mended, though watertight, it was unsightly and it should be replaced. The door latch on the entry door, though completely secure, was loose and the door didn't close tight which allowed light to leak into the room. The pool and spa were both in good working order and there was sufficient chairs and loungers along with a covered area to get out of the sun. Overall, quality for price paid was very good and we would stay at the property again.

    The room was clean. Hotel was clean, I will say that. The woman did put us on the side with the water view so that helped. But the area was so run down and lack of quality places to eat put a damper on things. We know now to head much farther north, up the strip, to be where it would have been better. Plus our toilet "ran" all night, loudly and when the bathroom door closed, it would lock you in. So after one of us was trapped in the bathroom, we complained downstairs but no person came to fix it and no other room was offered. That was bad.
