Hotel staff is beyond helpful. They were very professional and accommodating. We had a group (10 ppl) and asked if it would be possible for us to order hotel breakfast the night before (since we were departing early in the morning), so that it can be ready for pick up-- and they took our orders by hand.

The room had a few issues. Nothing horrible just the shower glass could’ve been cleaned better. The toilet paper is hard to reach from the toilet the shower doors to get in are extremely close to the toilet so if you are bigger like me then it’s a little harder to get into. The lamps and the headboards were dusty. The front desk guy was amazing very helpful and funny. Even with the few small issues I’d stay agin

I would love to give them a higher star rating, but I feel like I'm watching this hotel go downhill. My husband really enjoys staying at this hotel when we're in town and it has always been a really nice and clean place to stay. But the last couple of days have just been not that great. The staff is great, very friendly and very helpful, but the hot tub has been down the last couple of times we stayed. Yes you can go across the parking lot to the other hotel and use there amenities, but that is not very convenient when it's 15° and snow everywhere. This time our toilet wouldn't flush and it took several calls downstairs to get someone in the room to fix it. When the lady came to fix it, she tried to hand me the plunger, she told me she was in a rush and needed to get back across the street to the other hotel. I thought that was a very unacceptable, but my husband was tired and so he took care of it. This down the last three times we've stayed

Room was in good condition. Very noisy highway limited my sleep. I booked this hotel last minute and called prior to booking- asked if pool was open- was told yes. Upon arrival 2 hours later, the pool was not running and the sign on the door did not appear new. I booked the hotel so my child could swim while I had a work evening event. Shower took a while to warm up. If the place wasn’t clean, I would have given less stars. I would not stay here again unless I had to and I’d recommend bringing ear plugs.

Property was nice and well maintained, thought there was a continental breakfast but there wasn’t, we could have ordered food at the hotel restaurant but chose not to because of the expensive limited options. The pool area was freezing as was the pool itself. The hot tub was hot but the jets weren’t working. I had seen a game room advertised but there wasn’t one…bathroom in the room was not very clean.

Room was big but with a lot of empty cold space, I’m guessing because it was an accessible room , though that’s not what I reserved when I reserved well in advance. Shared microwave on the floor was unacceptably dirty. Staff was very nice. Overall was average acceptable stay but not somewhere I’d be excited about.

I am caregiver for my disabled sister so my hotel search was for indoor pool, gym, free breakfast, bar, and mall shuttle so that we could both enjoy my birthday getaway. I got the gym and a restaurant that sold alcohol. Pool was down, no shuttle, restaurant to purchase meals, inoperable pod coffee maker in the room, and 1 chair that broke the first night and was never replaced. With no chair, my sister couldn't even sit at the desk and work at her laptop.

I love this place, very clean. One thing I love the most is a nice bathroom and they definitely didn’t disappoint! The staff communicated well even through texting. I was working late and I wasn’t able to check in on and I ended up checking in around 1am, I asked if it’s possible if I can have a late checkout and they did, they let me stay til 1pm without extra charge even tho the checkout time is supposed to be at 11am. Overall amazing experience!
