A great space for a family. Clean, great location, parking, staff were lovely. BUT if you’re a light sleeper - the walls are thin. We stayed in apartment 11 and 3 nights in a row, some guy just talked non stop from 9.30pm-6am. It was this low constant mumble and laughing all night and it was just infuriating. Could I have said something - yes. But I didn’t know where it was coming from (maybe below is in apartment 9?) exactly and I honestly believed after the first night that it wouldn’t possibly happen 2 nights in a row. We had plans every day so moving rooms just felt like a lot to bother with. It was really odd as I never heard anything from any other room and made me wonder if they have a night staff member who just locks himself away in one of the apartments all night chatting to people on the phone because I never heard a second person talking. I raised the issue on check out.

Caucasian woman at check in doesn't like her job I guess, no greetings or smile, super rude and not useful at all. I hope management rethinks about their hiring process. Would skip this place next time just because for this.
