Fantastic hotel and staff. A bit old school, but very clean and convenient for a Universal Studios trip. Was a bit disappointed that the express pass did not include Epic - but that's on me for not reading the fine print. Super helpful concierge too. Great experience.

They really did a turn around from last time I was there in 2021.
We had a beautiful room and everyone was just so friendly that worked there. It is our favorite hotel in universal
