My wife and I came in for a concert, in Roger’s. The initial appearance of the hotel was uncomfortable. We got in about 8 and had to hit the night time button to get service. The last who attended to me did not speak more than saying hello, and I need your ID and credit card. When my wife and I got to our hotel room, we were shocked. The room smelled of cleaner and it was clear they either sprayed the floors or very lightly mopped them. The bath room was awkward. The showery was too short for even my wife who is 5’ 5”. However the water pressure was great. The fan in the bathroom was disconnected and didn’t now work. The room did not have a coffee maker but was clearly set up to have one. On our second night my wife noticed bright yellow stains on the bed sheet next to my feet. The room had a love seat that was very heavily used, and just looked bad. There were several staple in the wall and the main mirror in the living space looked like it was also very much used. From what we could tell we got a room that was lived in for aome period. We stayed all 3 nights, and when we went to leave at 10:30 am, the front office was locked and we had to check out through the night window. Not the owners fault but there was advertising for free breakfast, that was not the case. Reading other reviews it was noted the owner asked them hotel websites to take it down.

Place was the nastiest ive ever stayed. Was charged $150+ a night. Was dirty light fixtures missing. Light in bathroom had mold. Hole in wall. No coffee or meals. Rust on towel rack. Bathtub has cigarette marks on it. Sheets had stains. Comforter had burn holes in at and tears

The bed sheets and blankets had cigarette holes in them, there was not enough towels for 2 people, the tv and cable didn't work, the door to the bathroom didn't shut. The pictures on expedia did not match what it actually was. The price was nice, but false advertising. Make sure things work and that you don't use sheets and blankets with cigarette holes in it.

The room was invested with dead bugs all over the floor. The bed had several hairs from someone else, stains all over it. The shower curtain was broken, had no towels refused to bring us any, the fridge door was broken. Owner had us sweep out the bugs instead of her doing it herself. Refused to give us a refund or go down on the price. When we told the day manager she just said oh well and brushed it off.

Required an additional deposit once i checked in, would not let us in the lobby to check in and the room was gross, holes in the sheets/blankets/shower curtain. The cherry on top was that nasty brown liquid napkin that was smashed to the wall.

The whole reason I got this hotel is because it has an outdoor pool. It does; but good luck on when of if you’ll find it open at all this year. Says breakfast is included. THATS A LIE. The doors to the lobby were locked so me and my kid couldn’t even eat the breakfast and the attendant wouldn’t even let us in. Bed has stains on the sheets and burn holes in the blanket. For me requesting a non smoking room it sure seemed like someone had smoked in it. The bathroom in the room; had one light bulb and the hair dryer almost shorted out the whole damn hotel room. Tv…don’t ask to watch it or want to watch it. You’ll get “no signal” even though it says cable comes with the room. The fridge in the room…..the staff defrosted the freezer and neglected to empty the tray under the fridge or the one in the freezer and I had water pour out onto my floor. How do I know? Because I had to call the front desk right after I checked in and tell them I had water all over the floor and I had JUST checked into the room! I was not impressed at all with the service from the staff. The one lady Friday was great and helped. The lady Monday when I checked out was rude, inconsiderate and didn’t even want to hear me about all the ring issues over the weekend.

The room was clean.But you could see nails in the ceiling.i thought they were holes at first so it kinda freaked me out .they shower was a handicap shower and it got water all in the floor so that was a mess.but the bed was comfortable. Tv worked.
