    I love the Hyatt brand. This hotel didn’t live up to the Hyatt standard. Arrived at 4pm and was told room wasn’t ready. Waited 30 at bar for glass of wine. Ordered room service and was told 45 min…it ended ip bring 90 minutes. Requested extra blankets because my son was cold…an hour later and more calls, still no blankets. Finally went to sleep with son to keep him warm. Staff was pleasant, but hotel could use better managers to handle a busy night.
