Room was beautiful for the price with amenities such as full size Shampoo, Conditioner and bodywash. The room was also very clean. The staff was beyond welcoming.

I was scared to stay here but actually great location ! Staff was excellent the manager was a little less friendly but not to an extreme they upgraded my rooms to an executive suite at no charge for one night not too bad ! Thank you !

The hotel is designed ok, but the cleanliness was disappointing. This hotel allows pets and unfortunately hearin lies the problem. The room I was laid out great however, my room obviously recently had a guest stay that owned a dog. The sh...t stains were still visiblely present all about the room's carpet and the strong stench of dog feces and the stench of musty dog violated my air space. I was there for about 4 days and I went out to Walmart to purchase a room freshener dispenser but the smell was of the dog and it's feces would not go away. I reserved a room double beds no smoking. It's ashame that today there's so much more to consider when booking a hotel room. Yesterday, issues was weather your room was smoking or non smoking. Unfortunately, today l have to be concerned about weather my room was clean properly because of hotels accommodating people with pets. I love dogs cats or animal people may have as pets, but you also have to take into a account allergies, sensitivities to dust and a person disdain for just pure uncleanliness and filth. As a guest at this hotel, I notice a lot of patrons chaperone pets in their stay. I think this is so offensive and disrespectful to book rooms in these condition. You also need to stop the hypocrisy and stop charging $100. Incidental fee when the current issues is allowed to continue to be practiced just for greed of booking rooms. I have a few advice for you to consider going forward. Rip all the carpet out of your hotel rooms and go with laminate flooring. That way, if a pet has an accident, your staff can properly clean your rooms. Or if this is too much for you to keep track of, the rooms that's occupied by guest with pets and allowed those guest to book those rooms. Don't compromise the entire hotel for monetary gain or to accommodate some guess that happens to have pets. I'm in town on business for the month and working out of town and I now have to shop around to other hotels because of this inconvenience.
