Not quite too sure what has happened, but we won't stay here again, ever! Torn, mismatched and holes in the curtains. Absolutely NO HOT WATER, even after running it for minutes, (such a waste of water). The water didn't even get warm and this was for different times of the day, just not a morning thing... Breakfast - don't! Use to be really good, but now overcooked, cold, dirty food area, just not appetizing! Best part of stay, 4 pm cookies, but 2 cookies for over a hundred bucks is not a good deal!

Stayed here prior to visiting Mesa Verde NP. The place has an inviting feel. When you enter you'll smell the free popcorn they offer. The front desk person was really nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. Had no issues. Close to a number of restaurants; decided to stop by the deli at a Natural Grocers--they had delicious sandwiches and soups. It was a nice experience, and I would stay here again.
