I have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count. At least once a week for a couple years. I've never had an issue like this. This upsets me! I found 2 bed bugs crawling on the bed I had previously slept in. The same bed I had ALL of my stuff on....suitcase. Clothes. Makeup bag, purse and lots of papers and a few books. I was moved to another room. I immediately washed all my clothes in their laundry room however I had a lot of things that i couldn't put in the washer or dryer. I have now found 1 in my bedroom at home. I've NEVER HAD THEM IN MY HOME. EVER. I keep reading how expensive it is to treat. I don't have that kind of money. I'm so overwhelmed at the thought of having them, its giving me anxiety. I will NOT be staying there again. Which is sad because I really did enjoy staying there. I will start staying elsewhere. Would not recommend. Tried to post a pic however it won't upload.

Front desk clerk was so lazy. Upon checking in after making reservations, we had to use the bathroom, she said they were being cleaned - which wasn’t true. And 2 later, when she worked again, she didn’t make cookies - because she had been too busy to make them - again which wasn’t totally true - I sat in the lobby from 4:30-6 and she had time to make them. So lazy

Friendly staff and clean rooms make the Comfort Suites great place to stay while visiting family and friends. Couch was OK but nice to have to relax. Shower pressure and temp was perfect. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Great value!

I accidently left my blow dryer while trying to pack my things in a hurry due to my room being switch to another room after finding 2 bed bugs in the bed that I had slept in the night before. Once I got home I realized I was missing my blow dryer. I called the hotel to see if they had it. I was told yes. I picked up my blow dryer, someone decided to removed the brand name off the side of the blow dryer as well as the words that said high and low, off and on. They also removed the words for the cold shot button. I had no one else with while there. This was done by one of their employees. How dare they. It wasn't theirs to do what they wanted with it. Looks to me like someone removed all identifying marks off of it like they planned on keeping it. I don't know. I just know I won't stay at this hotel again.
