    3-night stay. Late (8/29, 12:15am) flight into Boston. Late check in was no problem. The gentlemen at the desk was very helpful and kind. Later, in the morning, there was a problem with the shower. The young lady at the front desk (I didn’t get her name) could not have been more kind, attentive, and proactive while resolving the issue and ensuring that I was satisfied and comfortable during the remainder of my stay. Huge Kudos to the front desk staff!! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Boston.

    I love staying at the Adams Inn in Quincy, MA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The in house restaurant is awesome with a great selection of seafood, meat and appetizers. My favorite is the scallops, shrimp and lobster fettuccini over penne. My river view room with two queen size beds is so comfortable and relaxing. Location is great, close to expressway to Boston. I will say I was taken back that best western charges $10.00 a night for parking. I stayed 16 nights so the extra $160.00 on top of my room rate was a surprise.

    This hotel is nothing like what’s in the photos. It’s more on par with a motel 6 or worse. Firstly it smells really bad. I walked in and found a condom wrapper behind the bed. Mold in the bathroom. The sink is falling apart and the wood is rotten. Plus the cold water pressure is super low. Holes in the floor and ceiling. Paint chipping off the walls throughout the room (don’t know if it’s lead). The curtains are screwed shut so no sunlight. Plus the window doesn’t open so no fresh air. I got a error uploading photos on Agoda for some reason so I will be uploading them on google and yelp

    The stay was fine overall, but no housekeeping service was provided during my 4-day stay unless requested. It would be better if this policy was made clear in advance.
