    This hotel should not even be open! The management has no clue what they are doing. Myself and many other guests waited up to 40 minutes in line trying to check in and upon each persons turn were told their room was not available and they were being moved to another hotel(Days INN) down the street, which is a complete dump. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon, well past check out time. We finally got checked in after waiting in line for 40 minutes while the desk help lied to each guest saying it was because of the flooding and power outages in Indiana and they had to give NIPSCO workers the booked rooms. The next morning I woke up to use the room and did not realize the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor. I slipped on the floor and hit my foot on the bottom cabinet. My foot immediately swelled up. We called down to the front desk and 2 very nice women came up and did a report and took pictures of my foot as well as the very leaking sink. They also give me a wrap for my foot and said they would be talking to higher management for me and also would fix the sink. The fix came as towels wrapped around the faucet and pipes for the remainder of our stay and I still have not received any call from management. When I called them a few days later and told them I went to the doctor and was sent to get an x-ray, I was told I would get a call and that she was getting ahold of the person who I would be talking to immediately. Still no call!

    Came for my son's graduation at Notre Dame. Place was perfect, staff was friendly. Breakfast available with easy access even though place is not so big.
