    Great Location, Great staff, but it was smelly, and had worn sheets on the beds, and the white lamp shades had black dirt on them. Wasn't clean.

    Paid for 3 rooms, was told they needed more time to clean and would need until 3:30 to check in. Then when I told them we would just pursue a refund, they said 3. All 3 rooms were in despair. 1 of the 3 has not been cleaned. Dirty towels and wash cloths in the tub, urine all over the toilet, food on the table. And the bed was made with a dirty sheet. This is the 2’d time we have used Baymount and will never again.

    There were three different employees that were extremely rude, our remote stopped working so we asked for batteries and the worker asked when we were checking out????? The hot tub was green 🤢 they allowed people to leave dirty clothes around the pool and when asking for towels they gave small hand towels? They had ROACHES BAD AND STAINED SHEETS! Roaches on the walls and all over bathroom and the toilet kept messing up! They kept our deposit cause they said our room smelled bad but no smoking and the front desk lady said they don’t allow Lysol ? I’ve never heard that ever! 0/10 WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN I’ve had a better experience at the super 8 than this place!
