    I always have a hassle free and wonderful stay when I booked a roon with them.

    My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel around 7 PM and from there he got angry with me and an argument began and it got very violent and I was screaming for help over and over and no one would answer me so I had to press SOS on my phone because he would not let me go and he was beating me up and he wouldn’t let me near the door. When I finally got near the door, I ran downstairs to the lobby and I asked them to call 911 and they did so very nonchalantly and very slow slowly, and I ran back upstairs, knowing that he was going to start destroying my stuff. When the police arrived, they arrested him for felony assault on a family member and that was around 11 PM at night. From there, the manager of the hotel proceeded to kick me out at 11 o’clock at night from the hotel and refused to pay me back because he said that I created too much commotion and that he got several phone calls about a girl screaming. I believe this is extremely cruel and wrong and not right and I will take this to court and see if I have to. I will hire a lawyer and I will write grievances from Agoda or from the hotel or from both if someone does not help do something about this
