    Nice hotel, excellent location and friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Checking was smooth. They even kept my French butter frozen until my departure. I did expect complementary water in the room like most hotels given the 100 degree weather, but I had to pay $5+ for each water used. It is a boutique hotel, therefore nobody to assist with luggage at the door, no spa, gym or real restaurant on site. If you don’t mind that it’s a great location with a lot of restaurants and shopping around.

    We had a truly wonderful stay at the West End Hotel and cannot recommend it enough to anyone visiting Paris. The highlight of our trip was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered, including the front desk team, room service, and the bellhop was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were thrilled to receive an unexpected upgrade to a beautiful junior suite! They also pay attention to the smallest details; when it started raining, they immediately provided us with an umbrella.Beyond the world-class service, the hotel's location is fantastic and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Breakfast each morning was sufficient, and gave us a great start to our days. If you are planning a trip to Paris, book this hotel. We would highly recommend it to anyone and will definitely return!
