The breakfast was granola bars and cereal when I had called ahead to see what was on the breakfast menu and was assured that it was a full breakfast menu. The parking lot did not make me feel safe even though it was small. When I booked the reservation, I did not realize that we would have to walk across the parking lot to go from our room to the swimming pool.

Very nice staff- Spacious and clean suite that was very comfortable. The breakfast was kinda sad- weak weak coffee and only fruit loops, Raisin Bran, waffles and bananas. Not the most options for a breakfast. The location was great for Rio rancho events center. The area felt safe. Nice people working there and staying at hotel we’re all friendly people.

Been staying there for about 2 weeks each July for last 3 years. Near to relativess. Wondered about mirror sticker. Said they change sheets every 3 days. I had to ask for a change after a week. They did seem to come in replace towels. One day after a a rain the bathroom floor was dirty, thought they would have caught that and mopped. I like that give first floor.mopped.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night while on our way from Colorado back to Texas. I give it three stars because the experience started out very poorly but got better due to the staff's assistance. When we initially checked into our room (208), the room was extremely hot because the A/C had not been on all day and it had been a hot day (we came to find out that they do not run the window A/C units in the rooms when there is no guest because it costs too much money). We were also tired from being on the road, so we wanted to just go to sleep. Unfortunately, the room wouldn't cool down, so we let the manager know, and he switched us to a different room on the other side of the property (226). Fortunately, the A/C worked in this room and we were able to get some sleep. I will give due credit to the the staff because they worked with us and gave us a new room where the A/C was working better, and they did sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we experienced. If you are considering staying at this property in the hot summer months, I would recommend to check in early in order to let your room cool down sufficiently.

it is a beautiful Inn, i like the western look of it, all one floor, clean, spacious and comfortable. the inside pool was a little bit on the cool side and the steps into it are steep, you have to really hold on as it feels like your stepping down a mountain to get into the pool, there were no towels at the time i was there. these steps are the same for all the Days inns i have stauyed at. The breakfast was ok, they didn't have the usuall eggs, sausages or bagrls. But the food was good.

I liked that there was 2 bathrooms and 2 tv's. It made it convenient to entertain the kids and because there are 5 of us 2 bathrooms also very convenient. One of the tv's had no signal when we first arrived but it was addressed and remedied immediately by the front desk. The couch was really stained could use a cleaning but the beds were comfortable and the ac worked. There is a pool but no hot tub as advertised. Breakfast was ok, I had to ask for things to be refilled although we were the only family present in the dining room. Also there wasn't a savory option for breakfast no toast or bagel. Cereal, waffles, pastries and bananas were available. Our stay was pleasant the one night we stayed.

Loved our stay here! It was $110 for a night and it was cleaner and more well kept than the hotel I stayed at a week ago that was $260 a night. It’s very average in regards to decor. But, having clean sheets, towels, etc was great. LOVED having a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Most of the nicer hotels in the area didn’t have that.

lack of pictures on hotels.com did not show the doors were on the outside. Friendly check out. rooms look updated.Very small area,very small pool,breakfast is cereal and waffles at its best.Our room was never cleaned just went in to provide clean towels and maybe throw trash. Pillows are not comfy.No dressers for clothes storage however the furniture in the room did look new. Good variety of stores and resturants withing walking distance. door did lock and secure very well.

Great place for the price! I was pleasantly surprised. While I typically stay and am a member of the Hilton line of hotels, you cant beat the price on this one. Clean, no-frills room with a very comfy bed, and microwave/tv/mini-fridge. Worked out just right for me.

The area around the property was quiet. The photos show a hot tub, but it was covered and not accessible. The pool was nice. There is a Target and Albertsons within walking distance. The staff were accommodating. Breakfast was lacking and the walls were so thin I could hear a clear conversation from another room in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would book it again.
