The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cynthia, Terrence and Thomas made us feel right at home and made the stay so enjoyable. The room was comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the terrace. The restaurant was also very good, and again, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Already planning a return trip for next year!

I have stayed at the Bienville House many times and am never disappointed. The hotel is historic, charming, the staff is very friendly, and the location is very walkable to anywhere in the Quarter.

Beautiful historic hotel near everywhere you want to go. Quiet location away from the mainstream but close enough to not make walking a chore. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. I will definitely book a stay here, again.
