Breakfast was excellent and wait staff were great.
Room was surfaced clean but many things were dusty including the ice bucket, coffee service, and areas around lamps etc.
Housekeeping did not visit the room. We checked that they should come by daily without request. Even after we requested housekeeping they forgot the come by.
The front desk was not very supportive. After letting the desk know that a door dash delivery was coming for me, and the driver left it at my door, it was removed from my door to the lobby entrance, not event he desk. I had to wander around the hotel looking for my order. Why did they move it escpecially when I told them I was expecting it. Drove me nuts.
The hotel is relatively expensive for this area. The rooms are nice and the restaurant is good. The rooms are maintained well except for detailed cleaning.
The service is lacking for this level of hotel.

We showed up and were blown away about how clean and neat everything was and how polite and helpful the staff was.
