very handy to Central station, great staff. comfy bed. Just no air con or fan ... hot room. was quiet thou, so can leave room open.

The room was comfortable with all requirements (just kettle was missed 😊). Friendly staff. Room was clean and pretty quiet. The check out at 12 was very convenient. Parking was available so I could seek my car from the window. Hotel was located right beside the train station and close to harbor so make it easy for travelers to get to it in short time.

Good location, situated right next to the Central Station. Very quick check-in process but the room interior looks very old and the ambience is not that pleasant for the price. Basic amenities such as towels, shower gel, shampoo and a locker, and coffee with a heating jar were available

Room was small, nice view of the harbor, small shower of course…but we just used Intercity for one night to be next to our cruise ship dock. Staff at night (Dennis) was fantastic!! Breakfast was good. Excellent location next to train station and good shopping mall. Cute restaurant downtown: Dubrovnik features excellent Croatian fare.

Our stay was overall very nice. We like the Intercity Hotel because of its central location, the free public transport passes and the view from the (better category) rooms towards the harbor. Albeit: The parking facility, although convenient and fair-privced, is looking rather "grunchy" and the hotel needs some TLC as well (soon!). The elevator needs ages to arrive, is slow and can't handle the passenger traffic at breakfast times. BUT: We will come again!
