Overall a good stay. We mainly came down for work so didn't spend much time in the hotel/room. But from what we could, the room, sheets, and bathroom were clean. Our hair dryer broke and we went down to the lobby to get a replacement and they immediately gave us a new one to use, so the service was attentive. Very close to the airport and walkable to BART and Caltrain. A couple small things that I would change is the lighting inside the room, it was pretty dark and hard to see inside when it got dark outside and our room door was quite difficult to open at times. We'd have to scan our key card 3-4 times and we had to put our whole body weight on the door to open it. (Could be user error).
Overall pleasant experience!m though and would say again if the opportunity arose.

Very close to Milbrae BART station for extremely easy access to SFO. Good restaurant choices nearby.
