Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was very clean. Daily happy hour was a nice perk. The ambiance of the hotel was boutique, trendy and relaxed. Location was great. Convenient to public transportation and many choices of places to eat.

Easy access into San Francisco via BART/Caltrain. We stayed here to spend the day in the city, attend a Giants game, and have a simple, reliable way to get back to a safe and quiet hotel after a full day out.
The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The lobby had 24-hour free coffee, plus snacks available for purchase, which was a nice convenience after late returns. Staff were helpful and attentive, especially after learning it was our first stay and walking us through everything we needed.
Parking was easy. Overall, this is a great value option if you want convenience to both the airport area and San Francisco without dealing with city hotel prices or hassle. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area.
