I have been to five star hotels with exceptional services but this one indeed fall short on my expectations. The room service takes a lot of time and the service at coast restaurant is horrible.

I have memory problems. Travel plans changed and I completely forgot to cancel the reservation. The hotel management refused to refund any or all of my prepaid billing. I fully understand the hotel policy of no refunds, but I requested they make an exception due to my age and memory loss. However, they had no empathy.
