Furniture needs to be cleaned. Some of the room items didn’t work.

The room was dirty and the fridge full of block of ice. The AC was producing water on the carpet and made the carpet smell mouldy and the carpet was wet. They never came to do room service and cleaning the entire time I was there. The TV in the living room was not working.
